Day 8:

getting abit frustrated now, i started doing the gym thing for a bit as i need more rounded exercise so been using rowing machine cycling machine, weights, some weird step machine, and i am STILL 18 bloody stone....and my ankle really is starting to annoy me, cant run for crap, lasted 6mins on the treadmill and could barley walk after. The muscle on the outside of my left foot running up above my ankle tightens up.

but i have come to the conclusion that im getting to old for this shit lol, but i cant stop, i think my weight is affecting my foot / ankles so i need to lose it, its just gunna take longer cause im an old fart now...grrr.

Day 7:

big one today, 22miles. from when i started i was having trouble after about 8-9 miles, after 7 days of cycling thats now up to 15miles, getting better at least, just takes time. this is my route today:

Day 4:

well, been an interesting weekend, pulled a ligament in my foot on Sunday which was rather painful, but with a few paracetamol its ok to cycle still.
but i wanted to keep it simple just incase so i just went down the A4 and back so i could stear clear of any hills. here is the route i went today:

not much to say today, same route, felt much better after it, might go abit longer next time, see how i feel.

Day 2:

did the same route again today, felt abit better throughout the run, but both times now i seem to struggle at the 9mile mark, seem to lose the feeling in my feet and get pins and needles in them, prolly just due to me being a fat sod lol, i expect it to get better over time.
might think about extending it slightly next week.
